Belgian brewing heritage since 1876
Founded in 1876 by Jules Lefebvre, Brasserie Lefebvre began as a small brewery in the village of Quenast (Wallonia), supplying beer to workers at the local quarries. Today, more than 145 years later, it is run by the sixth generation of the family, carefully preserving its spirit of craftsmanship, independence and respect for Belgian traditions. From a craft past to international success — without losing the soul of the Lefebvre family.
Brasserie Lefebvre offers a rich palette of flavours, combining abbey traditions with a modern take on Belgian brewing. The range includes the rich, balanced Floreffe Dubbel and Tripel, the honeyed and spicy Barbãr and Barbãr Bok, and a bright fruity accent in Belgian Kriek. Every beer carries character, history and the authentic taste of Belgium, made by six generations of one family.
Brasserie Lefebvre works hard to reduce its environmental footprint: wastewater treatment, spent malt recycled as animal feed and a focus on saving energy. More than 500 solar panels cover 15% of the brewery’s own energy use, and its packaging favours reuse and less plastic.
Tradition. Taste. Respect for the craft.
