A family estate in Umbria, on the hills by Lake Trasimeno (Castiglione del Lago). The family has made wine for several generations, convinced that the hills around the lake are an ideal terroir for red wine. The main grapes are Sangiovese and Grechetto; the best-known wines are Cimbolo, Crovello and Apo.
