Light straw color with green shades. The aroma is fresh, with pronounced notes of tropical fruits and citrus, especially lime and lemon. On the palate, a balanced ratio of freshness and volume, a medium body and a pleasant, harmonious finish with a light minerality.

Vineyards
Located in the Alentejo region, Portugal, on clay-lime soils with a southern exposure. The climate is continental - hot dry summer and cool winter, which contributes to the perfect ripening of grapes.

Production Method
Fermentation in steel tanks at a temperature of about 15 °C for 20 days. Without aging in the oak to preserve freshness and aroma.

Complete separation of ridges and soft pressing. After cooling, the wort is lightened at low temperature, then undergoes slow fermentation in stainless vats with temperature control.

Food Pairing
It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, seafood, fresh salads, cheeses and light pasta. Recommended serving temperature: 8–10 °C.

wine tasting tips for beginners

Wine is not just a drink — it is a whole experience. Its taste is influenced by serving temperature, the glass, aeration, and even how you take your first sip.

Preparation 🌡️

The right serving temperature is one of the key factors. Red wines 14–18°C, white wines 8–12°C, sparkling wines 6–8°C.

Which glass and how to hold it? 🍷

The best choice is a tulip-shaped glass (350–450 ml) with a narrowed top. Always hold the glass by the stem to avoid warming the wine.

Aeration 💨

Helps open up aromas and flavours. Red wines — 15–40 min before serving, whites and sparkling wines are served immediately after opening.

Quick tip: gently swirl the wine in the glass

Wine Tasting 👄

First sip — small, spread the wine across your palate.

Second sip — assess the balance of sweetness and acidity, fruity and spicy notes.

Aroma 👃

Before sipping, inhale the wine aroma without swirling, then gently swirl and inhale again. Note fruity, spicy, floral and woody notes.

Wine & Food Pairing 🍽

Reds — meat, pasta, cheese
Whites — fish, seafood, poultry
Sparkling — appetizers to desserts.
