Tasting Notes
The nose reveals notes of cherries, plums, blueberries, blackberries, violets and sweet spices. The taste is creamy and multi-layered, with bright fruit accents and exquisite texture, creating a feeling of fullness and depth. This wine has a long finish and opens with new shades with each sip.

Vineyards
Wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards in Italy, a region characterized by high soil quality and climate. Vineyards with vines over 10 years old are used here, which give excellent yields that meet the high standards of the winery.

Production Method
It is aged in steel vats for 2-3 years.

The production process includes a technique exclusive to Ca' del Sette, based on the late harvesting of the best grapes left slightly tinted on the vine. After harvesting, the grapes undergo the appassimento process, and then aged in steel vats for 2-3 years.

Food Pairing
Amante Collezione Oro goes well with meat dishes like fried meat, steaks and meat in sauces. This wine can also be served with pasta with meat sauces or aged cheeses.

wine tasting tips for beginners

Wine is not just a drink — it is a whole experience. Its taste is influenced by serving temperature, the glass, aeration, and even how you take your first sip.

Preparation 🌡️

The right serving temperature is one of the key factors. Red wines 14–18°C, white wines 8–12°C, sparkling wines 6–8°C.

Which glass and how to hold it? 🍷

The best choice is a tulip-shaped glass (350–450 ml) with a narrowed top. Always hold the glass by the stem to avoid warming the wine.

Aeration 💨

Helps open up aromas and flavours. Red wines — 15–40 min before serving, whites and sparkling wines are served immediately after opening.

Quick tip: gently swirl the wine in the glass

Wine Tasting 👄

First sip — small, spread the wine across your palate.

Second sip — assess the balance of sweetness and acidity, fruity and spicy notes.

Aroma 👃

Before sipping, inhale the wine aroma without swirling, then gently swirl and inhale again. Note fruity, spicy, floral and woody notes.
