FEATURES

Tasting Notes
The aroma is revealed with notes of ripe red berries, cherries and cherries, with light hints of spices and herbs. Wine with a bright acidity and soft tannins, which gives it a balanced taste. Light notes of spices and minerality complement the pleasant, long finish.

Vineyards
This wine is made from grape varieties Nebbiolo, Barbera, Freisa and Negretto, grown in vineyards in Piedmont, Italy, in the Collie Moretnici area. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 200-400 meters above sea level, which contributes to the harmonious ripening of grapes and the preservation of acidity. The soils in the region are predominantly limestone and clay, which gives the wine a special minerality and structure.

Production Method
The wine is aged in steel containers and old oak barrels for 6-12 months, which helps to keep it fresh and at the same time gives the wine the complexity and richness of flavors.

Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature to keep the fruit aroma bright. After fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in oak and steel, giving it an elegant texture and balanced structure.

Food Pairing
Pairs perfectly with meat dishes such as fried or stewed meat, pasta with tomato sauces, as well as medium-aged cheeses such as pecorino or grana padano.

wine tasting tips for beginners

Wine is not just a drink — it is a whole experience. Its taste is influenced by serving temperature, the glass, aeration, and even how you take your first sip.

Preparation 🌡️

The right serving temperature is one of the key factors. Red wines 14–18°C, white wines 8–12°C, sparkling wines 6–8°C.

Which glass and how to hold it? 🍷

The best choice is a tulip-shaped glass (350–450 ml) with a narrowed top. Always hold the glass by the stem to avoid warming the wine.

Aeration 💨

Helps open up aromas and flavours. Red wines — 15–40 min before serving, whites and sparkling wines are served immediately after opening.

Quick tip: gently swirl the wine in the glass

Wine Tasting 👄

First sip — small, spread the wine across your palate.

Second sip — assess the balance of sweetness and acidity, fruity and spicy notes.

Aroma 👃

Before sipping, inhale the wine aroma without swirling, then gently swirl and inhale again. Note fruity, spicy, floral and woody notes.
