Tasting Notes
Saturated notes of ripe red berries, black cherries, with light hints of spices, oak and vanilla, creating a complex aroma. Full and harmonious taste with soft, rounded tannins, fruit notes, supplemented by light spice and oak accents. Long, warm finish with a subtle taste of chocolate and spices.

Vineyards
Wine is made from grapes of Sangiovese and Merlot, grown in vineyards in the region of Tuscany, Italy. These vineyards are located at an altitude of 300-500 meters above sea level, which contributes to the optimal ripening of grapes and the preservation of acidity. The soils are limestone and volcanic, which gives the wine its minerality and structure.

Production Method
About 20 months in French oak barrels (first and second use), then in a bottle.

Wine is made from Sangiovese and Merlot varieties, hand-picked at full maturity. Fermentation occurs spontaneously on wild yeast in steel tanks at controlled temperature, for about 20 days.

Food Pairing
It goes well with meat dishes such as steak, fried game, pasta with meat sauces. Pairs well with cheeses with an intense taste, for example, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino or mature Camembert.

wine tasting tips for beginners

Wine is not just a drink — it is a whole experience. Its taste is influenced by serving temperature, the glass, aeration, and even how you take your first sip.

Preparation 🌡️

The right serving temperature is one of the key factors. Red wines 14–18°C, white wines 8–12°C, sparkling wines 6–8°C.

Which glass and how to hold it? 🍷

The best choice is a tulip-shaped glass (350–450 ml) with a narrowed top. Always hold the glass by the stem to avoid warming the wine.

Aeration 💨

Helps open up aromas and flavours. Red wines — 15–40 min before serving, whites and sparkling wines are served immediately after opening.

Quick tip: gently swirl the wine in the glass

Wine Tasting 👄

First sip — small, spread the wine across your palate.

Second sip — assess the balance of sweetness and acidity, fruity and spicy notes.

Aroma 👃

Before sipping, inhale the wine aroma without swirling, then gently swirl and inhale again. Note fruity, spicy, floral and woody notes.
