FEATURES

Tasting Notes
The wine has an intense ruby-red color. The aroma reveals notes of blackcurrant, blueberries and plums, with light hints of vanilla and spices. The taste is dense and round, with velvety tannins, good acidity and a long, balanced finish with accents of black berries and a light woody note.

Vineyards
Vineyards are located in the Tao region, on terraces with clay-layered soils. The height of the vineyards is about 400-600 meters above sea level, which contributes to the optimal ripening of grapes, providing a richness of taste and aroma.

Production Method
The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and then continues to age in bottles, giving it an added complexity and softness.

Hand harvesting of grapes with careful selection of berries. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, using local yeast. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels to develop a rich aroma and structure.

Food Pairing
Pairs perfectly with meat dishes such as roasted beef, lamb, game, as well as cheeses with a rich taste, for example, aged Parmesan. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18–20 °C.

wine tasting tips for beginners

Wine is not just a drink — it is a whole experience. Its taste is influenced by serving temperature, the glass, aeration, and even how you take your first sip.

Preparation 🌡️

The right serving temperature is one of the key factors. Red wines 14–18°C, white wines 8–12°C, sparkling wines 6–8°C.

Which glass and how to hold it? 🍷

The best choice is a tulip-shaped glass (350–450 ml) with a narrowed top. Always hold the glass by the stem to avoid warming the wine.

Aeration 💨

Helps open up aromas and flavours. Red wines — 15–40 min before serving, whites and sparkling wines are served immediately after opening.

Quick tip: gently swirl the wine in the glass

Wine Tasting 👄

First sip — small, spread the wine across your palate.

Second sip — assess the balance of sweetness and acidity, fruity and spicy notes.

Aroma 👃

Before sipping, inhale the wine aroma without swirling, then gently swirl and inhale again. Note fruity, spicy, floral and woody notes.
