FEATURES

Tasting Notes
Notes of green apple, pears, citrus fruits, as well as light hints of honey and minerality. Refreshing and balanced, with bright acidity, notes of green fruits and citruses, against the background of light herbal freshness and mineral accents.

Vineyards
It is made from the Furmint variety, the main grape variety of the Tokay region, Hungary. Vineyards are located on terraces, with volcanic and clay soils, which gives the wine its characteristic minerality. The climate of the region is favorable for grape ripening with an excellent balance between acidity and sugar.

Production Method
9 months – partly in cooled steel tanks, partly in new 500-liter oak barrels from Earth, and (for the first time this year) in Flexcube tanks, which provided excellent results.

Grapes are harvested manually at peak maturity, after which they are fermented at low temperature to preserve the flavors. Wine is not over-processed to better reveal its natural qualities.

Food Pairing
It goes well with fish, seafood, white meat dishes, as well as light salads and pasta. It also works well with soft-tasting cheeses such as mozzarella or goat cheese.

wine tasting tips for beginners

Wine is not just a drink — it is a whole experience. Its taste is influenced by serving temperature, the glass, aeration, and even how you take your first sip.

Preparation 🌡️

The right serving temperature is one of the key factors. Red wines 14–18°C, white wines 8–12°C, sparkling wines 6–8°C.

Which glass and how to hold it? 🍷

The best choice is a tulip-shaped glass (350–450 ml) with a narrowed top. Always hold the glass by the stem to avoid warming the wine.

Aeration 💨

Helps open up aromas and flavours. Red wines — 15–40 min before serving, whites and sparkling wines are served immediately after opening.

Quick tip: gently swirl the wine in the glass

Wine Tasting 👄

First sip — small, spread the wine across your palate.

Second sip — assess the balance of sweetness and acidity, fruity and spicy notes.

Aroma 👃

Before sipping, inhale the wine aroma without swirling, then gently swirl and inhale again. Note fruity, spicy, floral and woody notes.

Wine & Food Pairing 🍽

Reds — meat, pasta, cheese

Sparkling — appetizers to desserts.
