The taste is refreshing and mineral, with pronounced acidity and fruit tones. Aftertaste is clean and long with notes of white peach, flowers and a light shade of herbs.
Vineyards
The wine is produced from the autochthonous Tuscan varieties of Malvasia and Trebbiano Toscano grapes, as well as the international variety Chardonnay. The soils in the vineyards are medium-clay with the presence of a galestro. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 250-300 m above sea level, on sites where the Guyo system is used. The density of planting is 4000 vines per hectare.
Production Method
The aging is carried out in steel tanks, which allows you to maintain the freshness and purity of the aroma, then the wine is aged in a bottle for at least three months.
The fermentation process is carried out at a controlled temperature using local yeast in steel tanks.

The best choice is a tulip-shaped glass (350–450 ml) with a narrowed top. Always hold the glass by the stem to avoid warming the wine.
