Tasting Notes
The aroma is dominated by fresh and floral notes, creating a light and pleasant palette. The wine tastes harmonious, light and balanced with soft tannins and pleasant sourness.
Vineyards
The wine is made from Sangiovese grapes grown in vineyards in Civitella in Val di Chiana and Castiglion Fibocchi, located in Tuscany. The soils of the vineyards have an average mechanical composition with a slight predominance of clay, which contributes to the good maturity of the grapes.
Production Method
After fermentation, the wine is aged in steel containers, which allows you to preserve its freshness and fruity notes. In addition, it is aged in the bottle, which improves its structure and balance.
The fermentation of wine takes place at a controlled temperature using local yeast in steel containers for about 15 days. This promotes the development of clean aromas and freshness in the drink.
